Tinovation is looking for a Sales IT / Business Development Executive to help develop new clients and expand the market for the company’s technology solutions.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Identify and develop new clients and software development projects (web, mobile apps, SaaS systems, etc.).

Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and business communities.

Understand client requirements and propose suitable technology solutions.
-
Work closely with the technical team and PM to prepare proposals, quotations, and project plans.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation → consultation → contract signing → project kickoff.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
REQUIREMENTS

Passion for technology sales or IT services business.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to identify potential clients and develop project opportunities.
-
Basic English reading and communication skills for international clients.

Experience in IT sales / outsourcing / business development is a plus.

SALARY & BENEFITS

Base salary: 5,000,000 VND/month
