JOB DESCRIPTION
 

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in:

  •   - Custom Software Development

  •   - IT Outsourcing Services

  •   - Offshore Development Centers (ODC)

  •   - Staff Augmentation

  •   - Onsite and Remote Development Teams

• Proactively approach potential clients through:

  •   - LinkedIn

  •   - Email outreach

  •   - Networking events

  •   - Technology communities

  •   - Other sales channels

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.

• Conduct discovery meetings to understand business needs and propose suitable solutions.

• Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and project plans.

• Manage client relationships throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle.

• Research market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS
 

• Experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or related fields.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and highly responsible.

• Strong learning mindset and willingness to acquire new knowledge.

• Ability to read and communicate in English for business purposes.

• Preferred:

  •    - Experience in Software Outsourcing, IT Services, Staffing, or Technology Consulting.

  •   - Existing network with businesses seeking software development services.

  •   - Basic understanding of software development processes and technologies.

  •   - Experience using AI tools responsibly and effectively to improve productivity.
