Tinovation is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join us in driving forward our modern software development projects.

JOB DETAILS

• - Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time

• - Salary: Competitive (Base salary + Commission)

• - Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

JOB DESCRIPTION

• - Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential clients in IT outsourcing, IT staffing (staff augmentation), and custom software development projects.

• - Analyze client needs and introduce Tinovation’s services (IT team building, dedicated developers, end-to-end software solutions).

• - Develop sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and support clients throughout the collaboration process.
• - Collaborate with the technical team to ensure project alignment with client requirements.
• - Provide regular sales performance reports.

REQUIREMENTS

• - Prior experience in Sales/Business Development in IT outsourcing, software services, or IT staffing is a plus.

• - Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

• - Basic understanding of IT technologies, software development processes, and outsourcing models.

• - Proactive, result-driven, and able to work under pressure.

• - Candidates with an existing network in the IT industry are preferred.
